Selah: a Hebrew word for interlude or pause.

Selah is a sacred, quiet place in the forest to rest, reflect, pray and simply pause within the present moment. An awareness, attentiveness to the silence around you and within you.

Visitors are invited to sit down, rest and pause in Selah. Take a piece of paper and a pencil with you, reflect on the question "What does my soul long for?" Keep the note for yourself or place your written answer in the basket at the altar.

Eco-printing is an extensive process of mordanting textiles and botanicals, creating a botanical design on the textiles, rolling, steaming and setting the color of botanicals into the silks. The silks are then unraveled, hung to dry and ironed to further set the colors and fibers together.

Selah Part 2: ‘The Spirit and the Bride say “Come”.’

The Spirit and the Bride say “Come” is a silk wedding aisle facing upwards towards heaven; reminiscent of eternal first love. “The Spirit and the Bride say “Come” and let the one who hears say “come”. And let the one who is thirsty, come; let the one who desires take the water of life freely.”
